Is this computer science program worth it?

Can you take a look at course's per semester of computer science program offered in my country ? http://ift.tt/1qbMn0P

I would like to know if it gives you a solid basis and if it is worth pursuing for the next 4 years. I'm 23 now and by the time I enter(I have to give exams on June in order to see if Im qualified to attend to it.) in September I'll be 24 years old. The good thing is that is free. If anyone can tell me if it is worth it I would really appreciate it , because I want to make it count this time.
