Best university to go

I am now currently studying in a university at China (Studying medicine). In this university, Only 4 people are from my country and the others either Africans or Indians, I have no problem with that, but it is hard for me to live with them. I am good friend with almost the all, but sometimes when they do something I feel I am unwanted or stranger. We are 4 people from same country, I am one of them, the second already left and went back to our country, the third is planning to leave at the end of the semester (end of January), and the fourth is in his 3rd year and we bearly see him (he adapted to it as he came here before us 2 years). So at February I will be alone. Other than that, my university has poor teaching and a lot of pressure, 9 subjects in first semester while other universities my friends go to has 4-5 subjects a semester and they teach better there.

My options:

• Go to 1st university (around 30-50 countrymen are there): Harder, I will repeat a year, I have a friends there (he will be at 2nd year and I am first if I go next year) and it's verified by my country government.


• Go to 2nd university (around 50-100 countrymen are there): Teachers almost as bad as this one, I will repeat a year, I have a cousin there and it's not verified by my country government.


• Go to 3rd university (around 100-200 countrymen are there): Teachers varry, I will repeat a year, I have friend there (He will be 2nd as I be 1st year), and it is verified by my country government.
