How to prepare for verbal reasoning of the GRE?

I was wondering if there is a vocabulary for the verbal reasoning section of the GRE?

I have done some sample tests but it seems that I even have not seen some of the words at all and I need to work on my vocabulary. So is there a list of words that one needs to learn?
