I received a notification that my application has been unsuccessful for a masters program in the UK. The reason was that my application does not meet or is not predicted to meet the entry requirements. I am more than on track too meet the entry requirements. Also one of my references has not been submitted yet and the application portal tells me my personal statement (which they say is the most important part of the application) has not been reviewed yet. How did they reach a decision?
