How to get my own research published in the National Center for Biotechnology Information?

I want my original research to be published there within the following terms:

1.I refuse to obtain a college degree in a related field of study.

2.I refuse to pay money to have my research published there.

3.I refuse to condut peer-reviewed research, and instead want to cite my own info on my own.

Assuming I know what I'm talking about and I'm capable of performing my own self-research, non peer-reviewed by anyone and get results myself and can fit their format/rules, how do I get my research to be posted on their website? I repeatedly contacted them and they will not answer me.

I am a self-taught autodidact who is expertly knowledgeable and capable of biological research, and I've had no formal schooling. I have all the proof necessary and know what I'm doing.
