I'm doing my Final years Report of BSC IT on "Speech Recognition topic". As I'm taking online education from one of the universities from the UK, I was wondering if there is something close to an open source online library. From which I can gather information, old research papers and books that are related to my research topic. And yes, I know how to use Google... I just need to know if there is someplace common where I can gather plenty of resources for my project.
