Where to: PHD in bioinformatic field with 2 bsc. and bad grades

Hi,

Can somebody help me please, I am studying mathematics(grade: 3,5) and biology(grade: 3) in two 3 year Bachelor science programms in Germany. I am in time, but my grades are bad, likely because I am not good in doing exams. I plan to go into this field or related like bioinformatics, biomathematics, pharmacometrics or medical software,

but I dont want to study much longer, because when I am done have studied 12 semester and am already 29 yo.

So I only want to make one more degree master or better PHD, but I have no clue, where I could find a PHD Position with this specific CV.

Has anybody an idea how to gather information efficient or spot any specific programm, that is suited for my wishes?

Would be of great help, my mind is going crazy.(What is this formating???)
