CS conferences not indexed by Scopus or Web of Science?

I have read that there are some good Computer Science conferences that are not indexed by the Scimago or Scopus, but instead they appear in sites like ACM DL, IEEE Xplore or DBLP. I have tried to find information about those conferences, but not success at all. For that reason, I was wondering if anybody in the field knows of some good conferences in CS that do not appear in the aforementioned sites?
