Phd without research experience or good academic scores

I want to pursue a Phd in Organizational Behaviour from US. I have a strong HR experience of 5 years with some well recognized names in the Industry and amazing recommendations from supervisors etc, along with an MBA in HR from one of the best institutes in India. However, I have no research experience and not very impressive academic scores/marks. Would a great GRE/GMAT score help me get into a good college like Bekley or Wharton?
