Do graduate admission committees include persons from outside the field?

I am applying for a master's programme in Computer Science in the UK. In my application I am using the term "penetration tester".

Can I assume that everyone in the committee knows what that means? Computer Scientists should, but administrative staff probably won't. Does the committee contain such staff?
