1) Anyone here has experience using a UV-Vis spectrometer for the analysis of ascorbic acid and chlorophyll contents in fruit and vegetables samples?
The usual equipment is the HPLC but I want to use a UV spec if possible.
2) Would you have articles for me to refer to?
