Dealing with Inappropriate Collaboration?

Being quite active in a linkin group, one PhD student in UK (he is in Physic, and I'm in Computer Science) ask me for co-authorship. At this time I just began my PhD. We did write one conference paper and I received accepted notification last week.

My situation is - I did not let my supervisor know when we (I and my friend) submit the paper. Authors in that paper is my friend (1st) and I am (2nd). - I mentioned to him about this situation, he was very angry and blamed me a lot. He asked me to withdraw my name on that paper. He said that all my work is represent for the labs and the university so I should never do this work. - He want all the collaboration have to be done between supervisor and supervisor. But his background and interest does not fit with my friends' group. - Another issue is none of us can present the paper at that time, asking someone for authorship is acceptable for this situation?

My question is: - Can you suggest me a way to solve this situation since I want to work with my friend with interesting problem. - What is the best way to conduct some collaborative between student?

Thank you for reading
