Can I hide my bachelor and master degrees in CV when I apply for a PhD position?

I have 2 bachelor degrees and 2 master degrees. They are in different subjects, not closely related. Now I am planning to apply for phd. Can I just mention my last master degree and hide others? My last degree is closely related with this phd position, and I think my grade is good.

I donn't like other degrees and the performace were not good, that is the reason I don't want to talk them. Can I donot write them in CV? If they ask my education before the last degree, I want to just briefly talk about them, is it ok?
