1st class, does it really worth?

I'm currently working as a full time software developer. As well as i'm following a degree in Software Engineering. I already have almost 2 years industry experience. But I have 3 more years to go in my college degree. I really wonder, is it really worth having a first class degree for a undergraduate like me?

Cos, i'm already working with the people who have completed their college degrees. I'm now really struggling to protect a 1st class.I know practical stuff. But not so much deep theories. And in our college, they teaching us 2010 technologies. My mind set has become to a position that i feel i can't have class if i'm continue to go like this.
