Are there any good journals which accept logic papers

I have been working on a particular piece of logic for the past 2 years. It has reached a stage where i can publish it.

Do I need any academic's name associated with my paper for it to be published? And can someone list any good Journals which accept logic papers? I live in India and don't have any good journals which accept logic papers.
