Should I give the interviewers surprise?

I'm a guy who prefer to save the best for the last. The only reason is give the audience surprise. I think surprise, wherever it is used, will make a good effect. And I'm think I make surprise quite good, at least my poster is said to be very attractive. It is inspired by the poster of Michael Barton, which is introduced by the Better Poster blog.

Now, should I apply this strategy to the interviewers? That means I will keep the information of what I've done in the SOP as minimal as possible, just enough to pass the first selection round to get to the face-to-face round. At this round, I give show them my poster and hope they will get good impression.
