Is Ms in computer science helpful in improving programmimg skills?

I have done bachelors in computer engineering and graduated in january 2014. I didnot do alot of programming during my bachelors as i was just concerned about passing my papers and completing my degree .But now iam paying a heavy price for not doing programming during my bachelors days.I got a job a graduating and didnt understand the programming tasks clearly in the job but my seniors were very helpfull and helped me a lot.and thus i survived in company for 5 months and then i was fired for not completing tasks on time. I then started to make basic projects like library management and chat engine.

I then after some months got a new job recently.but unlike last time i understood the tasks that were given to me but i was too slow to implement them.and my boss was getting frustrated with me so i decided to leave the after just 2 weeks. I have improved in programming since graduating but still iam very very slow to implement the tasks assigned and properly use google. This may be bcz i did almost 0% programming in my bachelors.But still i like to do programming. and feel very guilty of not doing it in bachelors with passion.

So i keeping in mind all these conditions plz guide me if ms in cs will improve me in programming as most ms cs programs are research oriented. I personally feel that if i study again and complete my programming assignments thus time in ms i will be able to do well in jib then.but plz tell me shd i do ms cs or should i shift to mba because i have failed to do well in 2 jobs...
