International Benchmarking for School Grading Policy

Does anyone have idea where to get international standards on how schools (tertiary) decide for their own academic grading systems? I'm planning to bench mark policies among international schools regarding this matter. I'm thinking these standards can help my university in patterning our school policies to the best schools around and likewise contextualize it on our locality. Thanks so much
