Confused over university education or non university education

I am a computer science graduate(2013). I have no job experience. I have not published any research paper during college. I am attempting GRE to pursue Data Science in June. Now there are various universities offering Data Science course(fees=>30K). I also came across Zipfian(20k) and there is also open source data science course(free). I am confused about what i should i choose? What will be better in terms of field expertise and job opportunities?
