Taking IB course directly in IB DP 2 [on hold]

I do not know if this is the right place to ask this question. Please recommend the best site in StackExchange for this question.

Currently I am enrolled in the IB DP programme 1st year. I do not take Physics as my school does not provide the course. If I change my school for IB DP 2 and take Physics HL, will my records be complete? Will universities be able to accept me as a physics student?
