how to deal with student which persist on higher grade

Student Presentation was a part of my grading policy in one of my classes. I had a student whom try hard to good higher degree in their class. But after his not good presentation he persisted to get all of grade of his presentation. I told him your presentation was not good enough to get all grade. but he persist and persist .

Student told me it is his habit in all classes. How to deal with this behavior? he really need what he is not suitable for.
