I just got my mSc in math from a decent european university. I am trying to make up my mind about my future, and it's natural to take phds in consideration. What I would like to know is basically in what fields I could have shot with my math background. I assume math, applied math, physics, economics, cs are plausible choices. Is this just wishful thinking? Are there other hybrid fields in which a mathematician could be useful? I wouldn't be a strong candidate in any fields cause it took me longer than expected to complete my studies and my grades are not great, but I'd like to at least have an idea of what is feasible in my position and what isn't. Of course I accept any career advice/suggestions even outside academia. Thanks in advance.
