sending MSc dissertation to a big conference

I am a very recent PhD student (since october 2014) so the deadline date of the conference to which I want to participate is so near. I don't want to miss the conference, but as I am so new in PhD, I don't have something really concrete for the moment. For my case, it is possible to revise the paper until 15 days before the conference.

To sum up, is it really a bad idea to submit a MSc dissertation to a conference ? or are there some ethical issues behind ?

As I think to have some improved version of my MSc in 3-4 months (At least, I really hope.) I suppose that it worths to do it.
