Need Help for applying for Master's in science in German Universities.

I have gained 6.13 out of 10 as my CGPA according to Indian standards.Currently working in TCS. Questions- 1.Which college should I apply to get through with this low score. 2.Taking Counselors will help?? Please help I desperately want to make it to Germany.
