Afford online distance learning universities? [on hold]

I'm looking for universities that offer affordable distance learning for the following subjects. -Engineering (Mechanics: Statics, Dynamics, Fluid Mechanics, etc) -Mathematics (Calculus III, Calculus IV, Linear Algebra)

One example of what I am looking for is the University of North Dakota which has courses at a rate of $266.17 per Credit even for out of state students (I'm from NY). $266.17 per Credit), they have the courses I want to take,are "enroll anytime" , and give me 9 months to complete the course (I plan to finish it in a couple).

$333 per credit or lower is prefered.
