Are there any Ivy League schools that are likely to accept applicants of high SAT scores, given my ACT scores of 28 or greater?

I have not taken the SAT yet, which I must do eventually, however, I've had a lot of problems with the school I attended for Computer Science and after academic suspension I'm forced to appeal with documentation. I would like to appeal and then withdraw or transfer to another school, possibly one of greater stature as I was unsatisfied. Are there any schools that take students like this or have programs in line for them?

I was moved to Networking and Calculus as a result of my ACT scores, but this was never documented on my transcript.
