A site about "Further works" is how much useful?

I am bioinformatician. Together with friends, we are thinking about a site that every researcher introduce his(her) works, and suggest further works, based on that work. Other people can give negative or positive score, to that work or each of its suggestions. Using this manner, after a while very good possible works will be brilliant and researchers around the world will easily find best work trends. As a researcher, Do you introduce your work or further work suggestions in this site or join this site?
